WHY A PRIVATE SPANISH TEACHER INSTEAD OF A LANGUAGE SCHOOL?

If you think about it, it makes sense: by having a private teacher, the lessons are completely focused on your specific needs. This is the main advantage of one to one lessons versus groups. In groups, the teacher can not focus on every individual person, which prevents you from learning as fast as possible.

WHAT KIND OF LESSONS DO I PROVIDE?

Your goal could be any of the following: to have an everyday conversation in your day to day life; to master Spanish in a business environment; to pass a language exam; or just to improve your grammar skills. The most important thing is that we enjoy doing it and reach the goals we have set out for ourselves through a pleasant and communicative learning environment.

WHERE ARE THE CLASSES?

The classes are held in the center of Barcelona, less than 5 minutes from the following metros station: “Glòries” L1, “Monumental” L2 or “Sagrada Familia” L5

WHEN ARE THE LESSONS?

Just let me know your availability and I will try to adapt to your schedule as much as possible, I am flexible.

HOW DO I KNOW MY LEVEL OF SPANISH AND WHERE TO START FROM?

Don’t worry about it. Before starting the lessons, we will meet to assess your level and discuss your goals and expectations, at no cost of course.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

For single, one-off classes the payment is after our first meeting, where we determine your level and make a plan to achieve your goals. Payment must be made prior to each lesson.

For the 10 lessons pack: if you agree that your goal is not achievable in only one lesson, then you can choose to purchase the 10 classe pack wich includes one free class. The payment for the entire pack must be made in advance.

If you elect to have either of these options as online classes instead of in-person, the payment must be paid via bank transfer in advance, the same applies to the two previous options.

WHAT ABOUT BANK HOLIDAYS?

Only those days corresponding to the Spanish national calendar will be considered holidays, not those specific to Spanish autonomous communities or countries outside Spain. If requested with prior notice, an alternative day will be offered for that week and always depending on the teacher’s availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ATTEND A CLASS?

No problem, life is unpredictable. Just give me at least 24 hours advance notice and the payment will be refunded (the pack of 10 classes can have up two 2 cancellations).
